Whynot - A New Product Line

As I install upgrades, big and small to my motorhome, the HMS Whynot, I occasionally have a inspiration for something unique and hopefully useful. I have designed, fabricated and installed several of these ideas and are currently testing them. Some will require rework and occasionally redesign, but when I completely and thoroughly finish testing and development, I plan to offer a do-it-yourself ( DIY ) package which will include drawings, bill of materials, where materials are available listing, approximate costs, and any instructions for no charge.

This line of DIY products will be named the Whynot DIY Lineup. Currently I am testing 1) a set up for inside controls for black tank dumping and tank flush and grey water tank dumping, 2) A light harness 4 prong cable (1or 2) hub to connect trailer and "towed" taillights to a motorhome, 3) a spreader device to prevent damage to new coil cable retainers which are replacing trailer safety chains, and 4) a new concept water conditioner set up to replace the traditional water softener. When these products pass all testing, including the lengthy test of time, I will announce the availability of the DIY kits along with the results of the testing one product at a time on this blog.
